This session will address how to increase levels of communication effectiveness, positive influence, and personal success and satisfaction.Specifically, in this session participants will:

  • * Learn a three-step process to positively influence customers.
  • * Understand the individual motivations of customers, vendors, and team members so participants can build higher levels of trust and respect.
  • * Build the listening skills necessary so that customers see participants as a partner in their success.
  • * Leverage a “consultative language” framework to communicate with clarity and conviction.
